This full-time management opportunity centers around overseeing the rooms and guest services operations, including critical departments such as Front Office, Engineering/Maintenance, and Housekeeping. As a Rooms Operations Manager, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading a dedicated team, translating strategic goals into tangible outcomes, and nurturing a positive work environment grounded in motivation, empowerment, and collaboration. The manager will leverage their understanding of employee and guest satisfaction metrics to devise and implement targeted strategies aimed at addressing challenges while reinforcing strengths. Light administrative activities, such as reviewing financial statements, performing quality audits alongside senior management, and managing scheduling based on occupancy and productivity goals, will form part of the role.

The position also encompasses important human resource activities such as interviewing candidates, facilitating thorough orientation programs, fostering an open-door policy for employee feedback, and ensuring fair and consistent enforcement of property policies and disciplinary procedures. Recognizing team achievements and cultivating a supportive atmosphere remain key facets of the role.
