Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Knowledge of health and safety standards
- Ability to handle transactions and use point of sale systems
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of guest and team member well-being

Job Duties
- Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions
- Proactively look for ways to make the meal experience special
- Set up room service trays and tables in advance for timely order delivery
- Assist with order-taking tasks and respond to room service phone calls
- Retrieve food and beverage orders and deliver to guest rooms or meeting rooms
- Present checks to guests, collect payments, and return signed checks to the order taker
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations
