Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to carry trays and stand for extended periods
- Knowledge of health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations
- Must have a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is an asset
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic arithmetic skills for handling payments

Job Duties
- Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to guest interactions and proactively make their meal experience special
- Set up room service trays and tables in advance for timely order delivery
- Assist with order-taking tasks and respond to room service phone calls
- Retrieve food and beverage orders and deliver to guest rooms or meeting rooms
- Present checks to guests, collect payments, and return signed checks to the order taker
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations
- Ensure the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
