Job Requirements

  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members and guests
  • Understand and comply with all company and departmental rules and regulations, policies and procedures
  • Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff and guests
  • Ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English
  • Ability to perform intermediate math
  • Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software

Job Duties

  • Set-up and deliver all food and beverage orders in accordance with established guidelines
  • Answer the telephone and take customer orders as per policies
  • Conduct floor sweeps and retrieve all food and beverage trays to maintain sanitation
  • Set-up and deliver all VIP amenities
  • Service hospitality suites according to banquet event orders and policies
  • Respond to customer needs, issues, comments and problems to ensure quality experience
  • Perform all cash handling responsibilities according to company policies
