Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Take and enter guest food and beverage orders for In-Room Dining using hotel systems
- Deliver food and beverage items to guest rooms, ensuring accuracy, presentation, and guest satisfaction
- Run food between kitchen and outlets with a sense of urgency and care
- Maintain tray, cart, table, and room setup standards according to hotel guidelines
- Provide clear, courteous, and efficient communication with culinary, service teams, and guests
- Assist with side work, restocking, polishing, cleaning, and maintaining all service areas
- Handle payment transactions and follow proper cash-handling/charge procedures when applicable
