Job Duties
- Complies with certification requirements such as Alcohol Awareness, Food Handlers, and Safety as applicable
- serves guests with food and beverage orders in a warm, friendly, courteous, and professional manner
- ensures the room service area and café wait station are kept clean and tidy
- operates the P.O.S. system for order taking and processing
- follows proper food handling and sanitation procedures throughout the service
- provides prompt and accurate service, ensuring guest satisfaction
- handles cash and processes payments according to hotel standards
- prepares itemized checks for guests and provides detailed information about orders
- assists with the setup and breakdown of service areas as needed
- lifts and carries trays or other heavy objects as necessary
- works collaboratively with team members to meet service goals
