Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping or related area
- OR 2-year degree from accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field
- 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Proactive approach to guest and employee satisfaction
- Availability to work full time onsite
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 4 years experience in guest services or related area
- OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with 2 years experience
- Experience managing teams in a hospitality environment
- Knowledge of guest service standards and operational procedures
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze financial and performance data
Job Duties
- Assist in managing execution of rooms area departments operations
- Lead and motivate team to meet guest tracking and productivity goals
- Monitor and improve guest and employee satisfaction
- Communicate goals and results regularly with employees
- Perform hourly job functions as needed
- Assist with scheduling against guest and room occupancy goals
- Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs
