Job Requirements

Must have physical stamina and mobility to perform heavy lifting and operate cleaning machinery
Ability to work flexible days and shifts
Must communicate effectively in English
Strong service-oriented attitude
Capable of working well with others in a team environment
Must adhere to Outrigger's policies and procedures
Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is advantageous
Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high standards of cleanliness
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
Physical stamina and mobility to perform demanding cleaning tasks
Basic English communication skills
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Exemplifies the image of aloha while assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures
Responsible for daily housekeeping of guest rooms and public areas to ensure Outrigger's standards of cleanliness and safety are met
Performs physical tasks including heavy lifting, operation of heavy cleaning machinery, high-level cleaning, and other specialized duties
Works flexible days and shifts with a strong service-oriented attitude
Collaborates effectively with colleagues to maintain a respectful and efficient workplace
Communicates clearly in English to ensure guest satisfaction and coordination
Maintains a safe environment by adhering to health and safety guidelines
