As a Room Attendant at Hilton, you go beyond routine cleaning tasks to create memorable guest experiences through exceptional service and attention to detail. Your primary responsibility involves maintaining guest rooms in spotless condition, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and performing deep cleaning tasks as necessary. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting bending and standing for extended periods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Commitment to providing exceptional guest service

Job Duties

  • Keep guest rooms spotless by cleaning and tidying assigned rooms including making beds cleaning bathrooms dusting vacuuming and performing deep cleaning tasks as needed
  • Replenish linens and guest amenities by replacing bed linens towels and essentials as needed
  • Manage supplies by stocking maintaining and transporting the housekeeping supply cart daily
  • Delight guests by responding promptly and courteously to guest requests
  • Manage waste disposal by disposing of trash and recyclables in designated areas
