We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Room Attendant to join our dedicated housekeeping team. This role is essential to maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of our hotel rooms to ensure an outstanding guest experience. As a Room Attendant, you will play a pivotal part in upholding the brand and Island Hospitality Management (IHM) standards by performing essential housekeeping tasks with precision and care. Your responsibilities will include changing bed linens, replenishing towels and toiletries, vacuuming, dusting, and thoroughly cleaning guest rooms after check-out.

This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to promptly report any damages, shortages, or disturbances within guest rooms to the supervisory team to guarantee seamless service and maintain quality standards. Additionally, a positive attitude and a strong desire to contribute to the team’s success are vital traits for any candidate. Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
  • availability for variable work schedules based on guest occupancy, season, and staffing
  • prior housekeeping experience is preferred
  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
