The role of a Guest Request Attendant at Hilton is pivotal in delivering an outstanding guest experience, contributing to the hotel’s continued effort to provide exceptional service and financial profitability. As a Guest Request Attendant, your primary responsibility is to respond promptly and courteously to guest requests related to housekeeping items. This job involves retrieving, cleaning, shining, and returning guest shoes, preparing rollaways and cribs, maintaining housekeeping storerooms, closets, and offices, and managing delivery tasks such as faxes and messages from Communications/PBX. Additionally, you may be called upon to polish brass and greet guests in a friendly manner. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in hospitality or housekeeping preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Strong communication skills
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Retrieve clean shine and return guest shoes
- Prepare rollaways and cribs and return them to designated storage areas
- Assist in maintaining Housekeeping storerooms closets and offices
- Pick up and deliver faxes and messages from Communications/PBX
- Polish brass as needed
- Greet guests in a friendly manner
- Clean tidy assigned rooms including making beds cleaning bathrooms dusting vacuuming and performing deep cleaning tasks as needed
- Replace bed linens towels and guest essentials as needed
- Stock maintain and transport the housekeeping supply cart daily
- Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously
- Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas
