Job Requirements

Must have weekend and holiday availability
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of housekeeper experience or similar role
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products
Ability to read write and understand English
Excellent organizational time management and communication skills
Comfortable using technology such as apps phones and keypads

Job Duties

Maintain common spaces including the hotel lobby corridors and public restrooms
Vacuum mop make beds dust and polish furniture stock rooms with toiletries and do laundry as needed
Track rooms cleaned and document lost and found items damage and repairs needed
Ensure guest rooms are clean and tidy according to our hotel's standards before guests arrive
Answer general questions from guests regarding hotel services and local places to see
Assist with helping guests understand door locks HVAC controls and other on-site tech
Extra cleaning such as deep cleaning windows and steam cleaning
