This role requires monitoring the restaurant as a whole — from controlling seating arrangements and managing menu changes to hiring, training, and developing all staff members. A key part of the General Manager's role is to ensure customer satisfaction by anticipating guest needs proactively and maintaining high service and performance standards among the team. The General Manager facilitates daily meetings and fosters an educational and positive work environment that inspires teamwork and excellence. Candidates are expected to have at least 10 years of progressive experience in the restaurant industry, with a minimum of five years in senior management positions. The compensation package includes a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, dependent on experience, along with a generous quarterly bonus program.
