Job Description
Zingerman's Roadhouse, located in Ann Arbor, MI, is currently seeking a Line Cook to join their team. The line cook plays a crucial role in delivering the Roadhouse food experience to all guests under the supervision of the Sous Chef. This is a full-time position with 40-45 hours per week, including holidays and weekends, with a possibility of part-time positions. Morning and weekend availability is essential, with shifts starting as early as 5am.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2-3 years of cooking experience in a high-end environment
- ability to work weekends and Sundays
- physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks like bending, stooping, walking, and standing for extended periods
- strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
