As a Nursing Operating Room Supervisor at Baylor Scott & White Health, you will play a vital role within this esteemed healthcare system. This full-time position operates during the day shift from Monday to Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., fostering a professional and collaborative environment among the operating room team. In this supervisory role, you will manage a skilled team of nurses, ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient, and compassionate patient care. Your leadership will facilitate synergy among multidisciplinary teams, enabling the provision of care tailored specifically to patients' needs.
