Currently, Maxim Healthcare is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide skilled nursing services to pediatric and adult patients in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes, specifically on Joint Base Lewis-McChord. This opportunity offers part-time, full-time, day shift, and night shift availability, providing flexibility to accommodate various schedules. Nurses hired for this role will be working one-on-one with patients, ensuring personalized and focused care delivery. The hourly pay ranges between $42 and $50, reflecting the specialized skills and experience required for this role. The role of Registered Nurse involves utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care effectively. Nurses initiate and manage individualized care plans aligned with physician directives and patient needs, incorporating therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions. They monitor and document patient responses to medications and treatments, intervene promptly when changes in patient conditions occur, and collaborate with healthcare providers for necessary plan adjustments. Further responsibilities include educating patients and families, coordinating care, setting goals, and assisting with discharge planning.
