Job Description
Maya Hotels is a distinguished hospitality company operating an impressive portfolio of well-known brands including Hilton, Marriott, and IHG. Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Maya Hotels is committed to excellence in the hotel industry, focusing on delivering outstanding guest experiences through exceptional employee engagement. At Maya Hotels, the philosophy is simple yet powerful: take care of the employees, and they will take care of the guests. This core belief underscores the company culture and guides every operational and strategic decision. With multiple properties under its management, Maya Hotels is not only a hospitality operator but also a vibrant community that values dedication, innovation, and service excellence.
The role of Revenue Manager at Maya Hotels is a key position for professionals who are strategic thinkers and execution experts in revenue management within the hospitality sector. This position is specifically tailored for an experienced individual who thrives in a multi-property environment and is passionate about optimizing hotel revenue through smart, data-driven decisions. As a remote role based in the United States, this opportunity offers the flexibility of working across various locations while maintaining a centralized approach to revenue strategy. The Revenue Manager will collaborate closely with General Managers, Assistant General Managers, and Sales teams to drive daily pricing, yielding, and inventory management across a portfolio of hotels. Far beyond simply analyzing numbers, the role demands proactive strategy adjustments, deep market analysis, and continual communication to ensure maximum revenue performance.
This position requires mastery in making daily pricing and inventory decisions, forecasting accurately, leading revenue strategy meetings, and effectively partnering with sales teams on group business. The Revenue Manager must exhibit a hands-on approach, combining commercial insight with operational know-how and excellent communication skills to translate complex data into actionable business strategies. Maintaining rate integrity across various distribution channels and troubleshooting systems-related issues are also critical components of the role. The successful candidate will be comfortable working autonomously, managing competing priorities across different properties, and holding team members accountable for executing revenue strategies.
Maya Hotels values candidates with previous hotel or hospitality revenue management experience, particularly those familiar with Hilton, Marriott, or IHG brands. Experience with multi-property revenue management, STR data, and hotel revenue management systems is highly desirable. Skills in forecasting, analysis, and effective communication will ensure success in this key position. The role offers a remote work setting open to qualified candidates located anywhere within the United States, providing a unique chance to join a respected hospitality company renowned for its people-first culture and commitment to excellence in revenue management.
