As a vital liaison between vendors, operations teams, and guests, this role is key in maintaining excellent customer service and identifying areas to enhance the fan experience. Job Requirements
- Revenue and operations minded individual
- Report to and support General Manager, Event Manager or Deputy General Manager at assigned properties
- Build strong relationships with guests
- Lead hourly game day staff and other office staff
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds
- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach
- Manual dexterity for handling event materials and technology
- Ability to work in varied environmental conditions including outdoors
- Good visual acuity and attention to detail
- Ability to travel to event sites including international as needed
Job Qualifications
- Experience in revenue and operations management
- Demonstrated leadership skills managing hourly game day and office staff

Job Duties
- Lead the flawless execution of events at partner schools with emphasis on game day operations
- Provide guidance and support to hourly staff to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Facilitate weekly coordination meetings to align staff and define operational priorities
- Manage quality control and inventory processes for smooth event execution
- Maintain and update customer logs for improved communication with vendors and operations
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with game day vendors as main point of contact
- Deliver excellent onsite customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance overall guest experience during events
