The role of Seasonal Event Coordinator at REVELXP is an exciting opportunity for those who have a strong revenue and operations mindset and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the General Manager, Event Manager, or Deputy General Manager, the Seasonal Event Coordinator supports the execution of company objectives at assigned properties. This position involves leading hourly game day staff, managing event operations, and building strong relationships with guests and vendors. The ideal candidate excels in communication, seamlessly connects with stakeholders across multiple industries, and demonstrates a proven track record in sales and relationship-building.

In this role, you will experience a blend of hospitality, operational leadership, and guest engagement. Your responsibilities will include facilitating quality control, inventory management, and seamless communication across teams, ensuring all logistics for game day events run flawlessly. By collaborating closely with vendors and guest service teams, the Seasonal Event Coordinator contributes directly to creating outstanding live experiences that resonate with fans and partners alike. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure, balancing the demands of a dynamic event environment while upholding REVELXP’s high standards of service and excellence.

Job Duties

  • Lead the flawless execution of events at partner schools with a focus on game day operations
  • provide guidance and support to hourly staff to ensure exceptional service during game day events
  • facilitate weekly coordination meetings to align staff and define operational priorities
  • manage operational processes including quality control and inventory management
  • update and maintain customer logs for improved communication
  • cultivate and nurture relationships with game day vendors serving as main contact
  • provide excellent onsite customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
  • identify opportunities to enhance the overall guest experience during events
