This role also demands physical ability to stand or sit for extended periods and to lift or move heavy items, emphasizing the hands-on nature of the retail environment. Mattress Firm offers a supportive and enriching workplace culture focused on diversity and inclusion, making this a promising opportunity for motivated leaders aiming to build a long-term retail career with growth opportunities. Benefits include 401(k) with employer matching, medical, dental, vision insurance, mental health resources, paid time off, employee discounts, and pay-on-demand options.
