Job Requirements
- Eighteen years of age or older and must be a U.S. citizen
- Able to work a flexible and consistent schedule based on store needs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and use of office equipment
- Minimum of one year customer service experience
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Capability to handle conflict in a cooperative manner
- Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding sensitive information
- Physical ability to lift/move 10-50 pounds, climb ladders, stand, and walk continuously

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year customer service-related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to operate office equipment
- Ability to work cooperatively in a high-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage conflict reasonably and nonconfrontationally
- Honesty and integrity with customer and business information
- Ability to lift and move materials in the 10-50 pound range, climb ladders, stand, and walk continuously
Job Duties
- Provide travel government or TSA-related consumer sales for identity-related products and services
- Engage customers with comprehensive travel solutions including product sales such as luggage
- Greet all customers and provide a professional and welcoming experience
- Engage customers and present products and solutions that drive sales with customer needs in mind
- Verify customer identity, scan required documents into database system, take passport photos
- Complete customer fingerprint images, biometric and data capture processes and paperwork
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot issues with fingerprinting and retail equipment
- Support other areas of the store during onboarding period
- Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned or needed in the store
