Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in retail or service sales preferred
- Ability to use computer programs for scheduling and payments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to listen attentively and respond effectively to client needs
- Willingness to work as a part of a team
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Job Qualifications
- Prior retail sales experience preferred
- Experience selling memberships or services in person to potential clients
- Customer service experience in a spa-like or similar environment preferred
- Ability to follow proven sales processes
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Familiarity with modern office tools and scheduling systems
- Driven to create a positive work environment for employees and memorable experiences for clients
Job Duties
- Create an exceptional customer service experience for all clients every time they enter the studio
- Inform clients about the benefits of the Elements Wellness Program, a no hassle membership plan
- Follow the proven sales process to enroll clients into the Elements Wellness Program
- Serve as the first and final face of hospitality in person and on the phone
- Ensure client appointment paperwork and payment processes are brief, painless, and accurate
- Collaborate with managers and massage therapists to maintain a client-centered environment
