The role of Front Desk Receptionist / Retail Sales Associate at Elements Massage is a pivotal position designed to uphold the company’s commitment to exceptional customer service and retail sales success. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming and seamless experience for new and existing clients as soon as they enter the studio. A core responsibility will involve informing clients of the Elements Wellness Program's benefits and guiding them through the enrollment process using a proven sales approach that emphasizes ease and client value. The front desk associate will also serve as the first and last point of contact for clients, delivering excellent customer service both in person and over the phone, ensuring all appointment details and payment processes are handled efficiently and accurately. This position demands collaboration with managers and massage therapists to foster an environment where clients feel valued and centered. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, especially listening, to understand and address client needs effectively. Job Duties

  • Serve as the first and final face of hospitality in person and on the phone
  • Ensure client appointment paperwork and payment processes are brief, painless, and accurate
