Job Requirements

Legally authorized to work in the US
at least 18 years old
ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation
high school diploma or equivalent preferred
1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred
outgoing and friendly personality
ability to communicate effectively and motivate others

Job Duties

Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest
maintain a welcoming, professional, visible presence at the front desk
engage with guests, ensuring respectful treatment representing the company brand image
accurately and efficiently process sales orders following cash handling protocols
aid customers with credit applications and financing as needed
address customer concerns independently when possible
assist in store opening and closing activities including cash reconciliation
support inventory management and loss prevention procedures
meet and exceed sales goals aligned with KPIs and performance standards
complete additional tasks as assigned by management
