Ashley Furniture is currently seeking highly motivated Retail Sales Associates to join its team. The Retail Sales Associate acts as the primary point of contact for store guests, guiding them through the shopping experience with expertise on Ashley’s diverse home furnishings collections. They create inspiration and enthusiasm by helping customers design rooms that suit their personal styles and needs. The position demands an entrepreneurial spirit, strong communication skills, and a customer-centric mindset, as it focuses on turning store visitors into loyal customers through world-class service.

The job offers paid training at an hourly rate of $21.65, with ongoing incentive programs based on sales performance, including bi-weekly and monthly incentives and quarterly written sales bonuses. Incentives can range from 0.25% to 30%, depending on product sales and written volume, with quarterly bonuses potentially reaching up to $3,500. This compensation plan rewards driven individuals and encourages both personal and team success.

Retail Sales Associates at Ashley Furniture are also eligible to participate in comprehensive benefits programs that include health, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability insurance, flexible spending accounts, 401(k), and paid time off. Depending on the hire date and location requirements, employees may receive up to 80 hours of paid time off during their first year, including paid sick leave in accordance with legal regulations.
