The position entails planning, coordinating, and facilitating various events, which primarily include children’s birthday parties and other craft-related activities. The primary goal is to provide a stress-free, fun, and engaging experience for guests of all ages—from young children to older adults. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that each event is enjoyable, well-organized, and executed to meet the company’s high standards.

As an Event Coordinator and Customer Service team member, your responsibilities extend beyond just event facilitation. You will assist customers in shopping and finding products, deliver swift and friendly checkout experiences, and maintain operational tasks like merchandise stocking, truck unloading, and store recovery standards. You will engage with guests, demonstrating crafts and instructing party participants, performing additional activities such as face painting, and managing party add-ons to enhance the experience. Administrative tasks such as answering emails, making phone calls, and adjusting event plans based on client feedback are also an important part of the role.

This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, creativity in problem-solving, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy retail environment.
