Job Description
Channel Partners is a reputable national retail solutions company specializing in providing comprehensive merchandising services to a variety of retail outlets across the United States. With a focus on enhancing retail environments through professional merchandising and strategic store servicing, Channel Partners supports a wide range of clients by ensuring that their product displays are appealing, well-stocked, and in alignment with brand guidelines. The company is known for its flexible scheduling model, empowering employees to work part-time with a schedule they can tailor to their personal needs while meeting business demands. Employees benefit from a supportive work environment that fosters growth, rewards dedication, and offers opportunities for advancement within the retail merchandising sector.
Currently, Channel Partners is seeking a Part-Time Merchandising Representative to join their team. This role is suited for individuals passionate about retail who desire the flexibility to manage their own hours. The position involves servicing local retail stores on a weekly, bi-weekly, or one-time basis within a 15-mile radius from the representative’s home, providing a convenient work setting that minimizes travel time. The average workload ranges from 8 to 13 hours per week, though hours may vary depending on seasonal retail needs. The compensation for this role includes an hourly rate of $13.25, paid for both in-store and online training, with additional benefits including paid drive time and mileage reimbursement, out of market travel pay, and access to limited benefit plans.
The Part-Time Merchandising Representative will be responsible for completing assigned merchandising projects accurately and on time, which includes tasks such as stocking and organizing products, auditing product placement, applying tags and signage, collecting data, setting up displays, and maintaining planograms. Representatives are expected to use a mobile app to report project completion, answer questions, and upload required photos, ensuring effective communication and accountability to Channel Partners and their clients.
Beyond physical merchandising duties, the role requires the individual to make routine decisions, address issues that arise in stores, manage their schedules efficiently, and foster positive relationships with store personnel and the internal team. This collaborative approach ensures alignment with company objectives and client expectations. The job also demands considerable physical activity, including lifting items, standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, and occasionally climbing ladders. Applicants should be prepared to operate basic tools and perform repetitive tasks with precision.
This opportunity is an excellent choice for those who are self-motivated, organized, and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. It offers a W2 employment status, competitive wages, and a pathway to consistent income, complemented by a variety of part-time and full-time roles within the company for career growth. Channel Partners supports its employees through paid training, early wage access, state-mandated sick time, a 401(k) plan after 12 months, and a weekly pay schedule.
If you are interested in joining a dynamic team within the retail merchandising field and value a flexible schedule, Channel Partners’ Part-Time Merchandising Representative position presents an ideal opportunity to contribute to the success of leading retail brands while enjoying autonomy over your work hours.
