In this role, the Retail Merchandiser will be central to providing in-store merchandising support to various retailers to meet and anticipate shoppers' needs effectively. This position involves critical responsibilities such as building product displays and end caps that attract customer attention, resetting shelves to ensure optimal product rotation, and diligently tracking inventory levels. By doing so, the Retail Merchandiser helps stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities and maintain an appealing and efficient shopping environment. This role also includes supporting leadership through various administrative and team-building tasks, including reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
