Job Requirements
- Minimum education requirement - high school diploma, GED or equivalent experience
- Experience managing retail food service, dining, hospitality, or campus dining operations
- Knowledge of cash handling, financial controls, and operational best practices
- Experience with food safety, HACCP, sanitation, and regulatory compliance
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to develop and motivate teams
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Ability to adapt to new technologies, systems, and retail programs
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Job Duties
- Lead and support daily retail dining operations across multiple campus food concepts
- Ensure a strong culture of safety with a zero-harm mindset for employees, customers, and food safety practices
- Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and customer service
- Oversee cash handling procedures, financial controls, and compliance with Sodexo policies
- Train, coach, and develop front-line employees, supervisors, and managers
- Drive employee engagement and create a positive team culture
- Monitor operational performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, sanitation, and operational standards
- Support the implementation of new retail programs, technologies, and innovation initiatives
- Manage opening and closing procedures while maintaining operational consistency
