We are currently seeking a Retail Manager 1 to lead high-volume retail dining operations at a bustling university campus in Troy, NY. This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic and innovative leader who thrives in the fast pace of retail foodservice and is passionate about cultivating high-performing teams and memorable customer experiences. The Retail Manager 1 will be responsible for overseeing multiple dining concepts across campus, ensuring excellence in operational execution, safety, quality, and financial performance.

You will enforce rigorous standards for food quality, presentation, and service, while also managing cash handling, financial controls, and compliance with company policies.
