It is a part-time or full-time hourly role with a competitive pay range between $14.55 and $20.40 per hour, depending on skills and experience.

The Loss Prevention role is integral to maintaining the store's integrity by preventing theft and ensuring a safe environment for employees and customers. Responsibilities include daily tasks that support loss prevention initiatives, handling apprehensions within company policies, and maintaining strong relationships with store management and associates. The role requires proactive involvement in investigative activities, surveillance, and documentation processes associated with theft and safety incidents.
