This position of Retail Foodservice Manager 2 is a unique opportunity to impact healthcare foodservice across two prominent community hospitals: HMH Old Bridge Medical Center and Raritan Bay Medical Center, located in Old Bridge and Perth Amboy, New Jersey. Old Bridge Medical Center operates 113 beds, and Raritan Bay Medical Center has 365 beds, both facilities part of the Hackensack Meridian Health network. As the Retail Foodservice Manager 2, you will hold responsibility for overseeing all front and back-of-house retail foodservice operations at both sites, ensuring an exceptional customer experience for patients, visitors, and staff alike.
Your role includes managing and coaching a frontline team, driving retail sales, developing retail menus and promotions, and maintaining strict compliance with HACCP standards and other regulatory requirements. You will be instrumental in business growth by achieving company and client financial targets as well as cultivating strong relationships with both clients and customers. This position requires a proactive leader who can prioritize multiple responsibilities effectively, promote a collaborative team environment, and ensure that Sodexo’s high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
