With a commitment to ethical conduct, safety, and inclusivity, PGA TOUR Superstore operates multiple locations nationwide, offering a comprehensive range of golf and tennis products, including clubs, apparel, and accessories.
The Customer Service Associate role at PGA TOUR Superstore plays a critical part in sustaining the brand's reputation for excellence in customer engagement and sales performance. Reporting directly to the Sales and Service Manager, this position is hourly, offering a competitive pay range of $15.50 to $17.75 per hour, reflecting the company’s dedication to valuing its workforce. The associate's primary responsibility involves engaging customers at the cashier and club desk areas to ensure smooth, efficient, and friendly checkout experiences. This role is suited for motivated, self-driven individuals with excellent interpersonal skills who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and are passionate about delivering world-class service. The associate will handle secure payment transactions, provide product information, and assist customers with inquiries about current promotions and merchandise. Beyond transactional responsibilities, the role encourages building lasting customer relationships that promote loyalty and repeat business.
The Customer Service Associate is also entrusted with supporting merchandising efforts by ensuring that the front-end merchandise is well-stocked and visually appealing, thereby enhancing the customer shopping experience. Maintenance of operational front-end equipment and supplies is a key duty to guarantee consistent service efficiency. Associates must exhibit strong ethical standards, comply with company policies, and commit to workplace safety at all times.
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is a necessary aspect of the schedule due to the retail environment’s demands. Physical requirements include the ability to stand for extended periods, perform ladder climbs, navigate the store, and lift up to 30 pounds overhead, ensuring operational tasks are performed safely and effectively.
In sum, this role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a vibrant and growing company that values diversity, teamwork, and passionate customer service.
