Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • 6+ months of specialized experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to stand for entire shift excluding breaks
  • Ability to move and lift up to 55 pounds
  • Ability to bend and twist at the waist and knees consistently
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members
  • Ability to perform work requiring cooperation and instruction
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment under pressure
  • Ability to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to report regularly to work and maintain established business hours to support store operations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • 6+ months of specialized experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of printing, signs, graphics, and shipping products is preferred
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service and consultative support
  • Ability to operate printing and binding equipment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Ability to follow company policies and procedures
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Follows instructions of supervisors and assists other team members in performing store functions
  • Assists in the training of store team members
  • Demonstrates consultative behaviors to understand each customer’s individualized needs
  • Provides expertise in printing, signs, graphics, and shipping product lines and recommends appropriate FedEx Office products and services
  • Provides outstanding customer service by anticipating needs, suggesting alternatives, and finding solutions
  • Resolves customer problems quickly and satisfactorily
  • Takes complex customer orders with accurate pricing
  • Assembles parcels and prepares goods for shipping including wrapping, weighing, and labeling packages
  • Sets up and operates printing, binding, and related equipment
  • Maintains a safe, clean, and orderly retail store environment
  • Ensures confidentiality of customer data and careful handling of documents and packages
  • Processes financial transactions including cash handling using POS systems
  • Cleans, repairs, and stocks retail equipment and supplies
  • Ensures proper merchandising and product display
  • Takes preemptive action to prevent errors and waste
  • Completes financial paperwork and assists with financial reporting
  • Adheres to company policies and procedures
  • Performs multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Seeks opportunities to improve knowledge and skills
  • Operates with minimal supervision
  • Adheres to all team member and store standards
  • Performs all other duties as assigned
