Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Ability to stand and be active for entire shifts
Comfortable working in physically demanding environments
Willingness to work various shifts as needed
Comply with company safety and drug-free workplace policies

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience in maintenance or custodial roles is advantageous
Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines
Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Job Duties

Maintain safety of facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines
Conduct safety sweeps and report unsafe situations to management
Clean all areas of the facility including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles using approved chemicals and methods
Ensure a safe and clean environment for members and associates by responding to spills and operating floor scrubbers
Dispose of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with company environmental sustainability programs
Maintain appropriate levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies and place orders to replenish low supplies
Maintain a positive attitude to ensure an excellent customer experience
