Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- ability to work standing and moving throughout entire shifts
- physically capable of performing maintenance and cleaning tasks in a fast-paced environment
- must adhere to company safety policies and procedures
- ability to adapt to changing work situations and schedules
- pass a background check and drug screening if required
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior cleaning or maintenance experience preferred
- ability to operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers
- good communication skills
- ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Duties
- maintains safety of facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps
- cleans all areas of the facility such as floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles while following company procedures, guidelines, and methods
- ensures a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing maintenance as necessary, responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of waste according to environmental sustainability programs
- maintains appropriate levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies, including rotation, storage, and ordering of supplies
- ensures customers have a great first and last impression
- maintains a positive attitude throughout shifts
- adapts quickly to changing work scenarios and stays comfortable in physically demanding environments
