The Retail Cashier / Customer Service Associate role at Jacksons is pivotal in delivering a positive shopping experience to customers. This part-time position, available for shifts from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., requires candidates to be at least 21 years old to comply with legal requirements for regulated product sales such as alcohol and tobacco. In this role, associates act as the friendly face and first point of contact for customers, providing efficient and accurate service at the cash register while promoting current sales and specials. Responsibilities extend beyond check-out to include maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store, stocking shelves and coolers, and supporting foodservice and coffee areas.
