The company prides itself on combining state-of-the-art technologies with responsive, expert service to fulfill a diverse set of customer needs – from printing and copying to packaging and shipping. Their commitment to quality and efficiency empowers customers to manage their business tasks with ease and confidence in a professional retail environment.

This position requires monitoring daily operational metrics and aligning the team’s performance with company goals. The Store Assistant Manager acts as a communication bridge between the Store Manager, team members, and production leads to meet deadlines, resolve disputes, and handle any issues impacting customer experience or business processes. Administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll management, inventory control, ordering supplies, and ensuring compliance with company policies are integral to this role.

FedEx Office supports a quality-driven culture where continuous improvement and application of quality science are valued. The Assistant Manager is encouraged to contribute ideas to optimize store operations, reduce costs, and enhance profitability. Essential functions include the ability to stand and work during entire shifts, lift goods weighing up to 55 pounds, and maintain effective communication within a fast-paced retail environment. The company offers equal employment opportunities and reasonable accommodations, further emphasizing its inclusive workplace culture.
