Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to handle physical demands of the role
- willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- reliable transportation
- ability to follow directions and safety protocols
- basic computer literacy for certain roles
- good interpersonal skills
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications

- previous retail or warehouse experience preferred
- ability to operate a forklift (for forklift operator role)
- strong customer service skills

- basic math skills for cash handling roles
Job Duties
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise
- process purchases and handle payments
- operate forklifts safely to move merchandise
- install, balance, and repair tires
- pick and pack online orders accurately
- cut, trim, and package meat products
- slice meats and cheeses and prepare trays
- stock and rotate fresh produce and check quality
- prepare, package, and display bakery items
- promote BJ's membership benefits and assist with sign-ups
- manage incoming shipments and verify quantities
- organize and restock merchandise to keep aisles clean
- perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks
- stock and rotate dairy and frozen products
