This full-time position offers a competitive base salary ranging between $48,000 and $56,000 annually, along with quarterly performance-based bonus opportunities. In this role, the Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations including food preparation, cooking, inventory management, and customer service. They will ensure that the restaurant environment remains clean, safe, and compliant with company policies and health regulations. A core part of the position involves managing food ordering, inventory levels, and labor costs to optimize profitability while maintaining quality standards. Additionally, the manager will handle administrative paperwork, reporting, and operational documentation essential for smooth restaurant functioning.
Leadership and development of the team are critical responsibilities for this role. The Restaurant Manager will lead, coach, and mentor team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences. They will foster a positive, team-oriented culture grounded in accountability, excellence, and mutual respect. The manager will also support the recruitment, training, and retention of staff, demonstrating readiness to assist in all areas of the restaurant including the kitchen, dining room, and cash register when needed.
Ensuring every guest receives exceptional service is a fundamental part of this role. The manager will promptly and professionally address any customer concerns or feedback, maintaining a welcoming and clean dining environment throughout the day. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills alongside the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
The position demands flexibility with schedules, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a target schedule of approximately 45-50 hours per week designed to support a healthy work-life balance.
