Job Requirements
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Valid food safety certification as required by local authorities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team
- Food safety certification according to local jurisdiction
- Strong problem solving skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Job Duties
- Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed
- Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members
- May assist with operational support functions such as purchasing, receiving, and inventory
- Participate in applicant interviews and assist with employee relations
- Maintain compliance with food safety standards and local regulations
