Job Requirements
- must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
- routinely handle items between 5-25 lbs and occasionally handle items up to 50 lbs
- ability to bend reach stand walk squat and pull
- manual dexterity for typing interacting with systems and handling tools
- physical mobility to navigate stairs doors ramps elevators and use equipment
- physical endurance to maintain energy through long shifts and peak periods
- coordination to multitask and handle bulky items in tight spaces
- must be 18 years or older
- authorized to work in the United States
Job Qualifications

- experience in fast-paced food service environments preferred
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- ability to work efficiently under pressure

- willingness to learn and grow across multiple stations
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- deliver warm genuine hospitality making every guest feel welcomed cared for and valued
- prep and serve fresh food with speed and precision ensuring great taste portions and presentation
- build accurate high-quality orders that meet Sweetgreens food and brand standards
- keep your station clean stocked and organized to support smooth service and strong flow
- follow food safety sanitation and allergen protocols to protect guest trust and team standards
- work seamlessly with teammates to balance prep service and restocking especially during busy shifts
