Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in utility galley or similar role
- Ability to work 7 days a week
- Must maintain professional appearance and good hygiene
- Ability to follow safety and environmental policies
- Physical capability to meet U.S. Coast Guard standards for shipboard duties
- Ability to live in close quarters with cabin-mates
- Capable of working in multi-cultural team setting
- Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks
- Ability to adjust to changing work assignments and schedules
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a utility galley or kitchen steward or similar area in a hotel or ship operation
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- Proactive and team player
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Passionate about hospitality and customer service
- Professional appearance and good hygiene
- Respectful toward co-workers and guests
- Positive attitude with courteous behavior
- Ability to work 7 days a week

Job Duties
- Ensures that the assigned galley area is stocked and re-stocked with clean and sanitized supplies and utensils
- Maintains a clean and organized work area
- Responsible for the safe, accurate and temperature-controlled storage of all products and supplies
- Operates dishwashers and coordinates maintenance if needed
- Supports the food and service schedule of the galley area
- Assists in the set-up and break-down of special events
- Ensures cleaning supplies are stocked and available
- Performs other related duties as assigned or directed
- Follows safety and environmental protection policies
