The Front of House Team Member position at Noodles & Company plays a crucial role in delivering excellent guest experiences. This role is designed for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, thrive in a lively, team-oriented setting, and take pride in providing attentive and friendly service. As part of the front-of-house crew, Team Members act as cashiers, servers, and guest service representatives who welcome and assist guests, take and process orders accurately, and ensure a seamless dining experience. Noodles & Company offers competitive pay ranging from $12.00 to $17.00 per hour along with tips and flexible scheduling options suited for both part-time and full-time team members. The Front of House Team Member works side by side with kitchen staff and other team members to maintain order accuracy, expedite speed of service, and uphold cleanliness and food safety standards. Key responsibilities include greeting guests warmly, guiding them through menu selections, accurately managing cash and credit transactions, and handling the physical demands of the position such as standing for long periods and lifting up to 55 pounds. This role requires team members to be at least 16 years old and capable of obtaining and maintaining any required food safety certifications.
