Responsibilities vary based on area assignments such as Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive-Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, or Quality Control. You will greet guests with genuine warmth, assemble fresh ingredients into salads, soups, and sandwiches, and ensure a clean, safe, and inviting environment.

Job Requirements

  • Meet minimum age requirement (16 plus)
  • ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • clear communication skills in a noisy environment
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • passion for creating moments of comfort and joy
  • ability to multitask under fast-paced conditions
  • reliable, punctual, and flexible scheduling availability
  • basic food safety training including Food Handler's Card as required by law
  • willingness to work with food and uphold cleanliness and safety standards

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm
  • assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency
  • execute duties in assigned areas such as Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive-Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, Quality Control
  • maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols
  • assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas
  • be informed about daily priorities and adapt positively to changes
  • support team success by completing cleaning, stocking duties, and help setup for the next shift
