Job Requirements

  • Meet the minimum age requirement (16+)
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Ability to communicate clearly and understand directions in a loud environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and passion for customer service
  • Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced settings
  • Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Completion of basic food safety training with Food Handler's Card as required by law
  • Enjoy working with food
  • Food service experience preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Execute duties for specific areas within the bakery-cafe (production, prep, service, cashier, expo, drive-thru, barista, guest experience champion, QC, etc.)
  • Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm
  • Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols
  • Adapt to changes with a positive attitude and stay informed about daily priorities
  • Complete cleaning and stocking duties and help set up the next shift
