Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- ability to stand for prolonged periods
- ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- availability to work scheduled or unscheduled shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- possess valid driver's license and motor vehicle insurance if performing delivery duties
- compliance with uniform and appearance standards
- ability to follow federal, state, and local laws and ordinances
- good physical condition to perform repetitive hand use and physical tasks
- able to operate point-of-sale systems
Job Qualifications
- must be 18 years of age or older to perform all required duties
- ability to work long hours including nights, weekends, and emergencies
- if cross-trained as delivery driver, must have a valid driver’s license, acceptable motor vehicle record, proof of insurance, and satisfactory vehicle
- bilingual preferred in certain markets
- dependability and strong work ethic

- ability to work well in a team

- flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and tasks
- basic cash management skills
Job Duties
- perform assigned workstation duties including making quality products
- prepare ingredients
- take orders
- provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers by phone or in person
- act with a sense of urgency in all tasks
- work as a team supporting other workstations and completing closing duties including cleaning
- comply with uniform and appearance standards
- accurately use the PROFIT System and process cash, check, and credit card transactions
- support sales efforts by suggestively selling to increase check average
- maintain organized, safe, and clean work areas
- comply with safety and security standards at all times
