Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years of age or older
  • ability to stand for prolonged periods
  • ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • availability to work scheduled or unscheduled shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • possess valid driver's license and motor vehicle insurance if performing delivery duties
  • compliance with uniform and appearance standards
  • ability to follow federal, state, and local laws and ordinances
  • good physical condition to perform repetitive hand use and physical tasks
  • able to operate point-of-sale systems

Job Qualifications

  • must be 18 years of age or older to perform all required duties
  • ability to work long hours including nights, weekends, and emergencies
  • if cross-trained as delivery driver, must have a valid driver’s license, acceptable motor vehicle record, proof of insurance, and satisfactory vehicle
  • bilingual preferred in certain markets
  • dependability and strong work ethic
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to work well in a team
  • customer service oriented
  • flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and tasks
  • basic cash management skills

Job Duties

  • perform assigned workstation duties including making quality products
  • prepare ingredients
  • take orders
  • provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers by phone or in person
  • act with a sense of urgency in all tasks
  • work as a team supporting other workstations and completing closing duties including cleaning
  • comply with uniform and appearance standards
  • accurately use the PROFIT System and process cash, check, and credit card transactions
  • support sales efforts by suggestively selling to increase check average
  • maintain organized, safe, and clean work areas
  • comply with safety and security standards at all times
