Job Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old to host or food run
Must be at least 18 years old to serve or bartend
Food handler certification required for all positions
TABC certification required to serve or bartend

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or food service preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and customer service skills
Food handler certification
TABC certification for serving or bartending roles
Friendly and outgoing personality
Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties

Attend to guests needs according to company service standards
Sales and service of alcohol following state mandates
Create an engaging and entertaining dining experience with a friendly attitude
Prepare and serve craft cocktails, draft beers, and premium liquors
Greet guests and provide information and assistance promptly
Deliver food to guests and ensure meal accuracy with proper sauces and garnishes
