The Busser position at Winter Park Resort plays a vital role in supporting both kitchen and dining room operations by maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and efficient table turnover. This position is instrumental in ensuring that guests have a seamless dining experience by resetting tables with proper china, glassware, and silverware, delivering beverages and bread, and clearing tables swiftly and quietly. Beyond these core responsibilities, the Busser helps maintain the overall cleanliness of the dining environment, including floors, walls, windows, and service stations, thereby contributing to the resort’s reputation for excellence. Candidates in this role will be stationed at various locations on and around the mountain, with exact placement determined upon hiring. The ideal applicant is a team player with strong organizational skills and a service-oriented attitude ready to embrace the energetic pace of a busy resort environment. The position requires the ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, and maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance. - 2 years of previous work history or education required

Job Duties
- Provide personable and courteous interaction with guests
- support wait staff as needed
- clear and wipe clean all tables and chairs
- reset tables with china, glass, and silverware
- provide water at tables and refill
- maintain cleanliness of dining room, floors, walls, windows and windowsills
- maintain cleanliness of bussing/wait station
- buff and clean silverware after washing
- comply with all company policies and procedures as well as any regulatory requirements
- perform other duties as assigned
