Job Requirements
- successful completion of new mexico food handlers course upon hire
- must obtain and maintain new mexico alcohol server's license
- pass stringent background investigation
- pre-employment and random drug screening
- ability to lift at least 25 pounds
- flexible to work weekends and holidays
- able to stand, walk, kneel, stoop, and lift as required
- maintain highest standard of personal hygiene

Job Duties
- supervise day-to-day operations on assigned shift

- enforce regulatory internal controls, policies, and procedures
- enforce appearance and uniform guidelines
