The ideal candidate must have prior supervisory experience within full-service restaurants and a solid understanding of beverage cost control and service sequences. Experience with Micros point-of-sale systems is a plus. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, combined with a proactive and hands-on approach, are essential traits for success in this role.
