Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in restaurants
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment drug screen, physical exam, and nationwide criminal background check
- Previous employment verification and reference checks

Job Duties
- Guide and supervise restaurant staff including servers, hostesses, bartenders, server assistants, and expo
- Oversee service quality across multiple dining venues such as The Tap Room, 1741 on The Terrace, Musical Sunday Brunch and Patio during season
- Assist the Restaurant Executive in managing daily restaurant operations
- Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of quality and service
- Promote a positive team environment and encourage staff development
- Coordinate scheduling and shift coverage for restaurant team members
- Address guest concerns and resolve service issues promptly
